How We Optimize Your New Online Shop's SEO
Optimising the content of your ecommerce site is the key to higher rankings and increased traffic.

Our process is designed to bed-in the basic footprint of a new ecommerce store. Often however, our new builds are designed to replace an existing shop or stores built on other platforms.
Step 1: Basic SEO Configuration
Sadly, some developers do their customer the disservice of not even setting up basic product or category optimizations available in the back-end. Fortunately, with the Syncrony's know-how, it's a straight forward fix.
Once the built-in configuration has been properly setup, our next step are:

- Adding and editing individual page and product meta data

Step 2: Product Search Data Optimisation
Once your site's basic SEO is correct, there are a number of techniques that can be used to improve your product search rankings. These include:
- Implementation of structured data (Schema markup)
- AMP product pages (Accelerated Mobile Pages)
- Modify or change navigational and search elements
In addition to the above work, the best results come from long-term work that includes studying Analytics results on a monthly basis and regular review (and action) based on results and reports from Search Console.
Step 3: Online marketing
Once the above 2 phases are attended to, the next phase comprises of many different elements.
The first step is to setup and optimise the listing of your site in Google My Business (GMB). This is simple to setup, but for the best results, your GMB listing always requires some maintenance.
